Policy: 07 days. For whatever reason. Unused, undamaged and unwashed with tags in original packaging. Products bought under any special offer are only eligible for an exchange (product should be of the same or higher value). Refunds or conversions to Store Credits are not applicable for special offers.

Process: Request. Confirm. Handover. All India shipments include a return shipping label.

If you find any issue with your Blueclub Select article or are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return or exchange the article up to 07 days from the date of purchase.

We will only accept articles that are returned in their original packaging, are unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags still attached. Otherwise we may not accept the returns and send it back to the customer.

Money back

For all accepted returns, we will refund your money within 7-10 working days, offer store credits or exchange for another available size or product, as you prefer. 

Only eligible for the article purchased, not any packaging or gift or free items included by us.

Process : 

Our return policy is process is few simple steps, if you are our regular customer and you have signed up you can follow the below given process.

Step 1 : Sign in to your account to initiate your return. Click Here to SignIn
Step 2 : Select an order from the order history which you want to return.
Step 3 :  Click on the "TRACK SHIPMENT" link.
Step 4 : Click on the "Request Return" link.
Step 5 : Complete all steps of return.

If you have not signed up and you have ordered as Guest customers you shall receive an return order link in your email, you can follow the below given process.

Step 1 : Click on the "TRACK ORDER" or "RETURN ORDER" link to initiate your return from the shipment email which you received in your mailbox.
Step 2 :Click on the "Request Return" link.
Step 3 :Complete all steps of return.

You can also call or write to us if you need any assistance or if you find that more convenient.  


Please inform our customer care department in the event any articles are delivered without tags. Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged.
